I have a remote worker with Phone Manager iPro, he connects through cisco vpn, he can select the extension, when he makes a call to another extension, it takes a few seconds to hear the other party, sometimes one of them can hear but the other doesn't, after aprox 10 seconds the audio is normal at both sites. The strange thing is that if one the callers hold the call and then return to the call at that moment the audio works, in this way there is no need to wait the 10 seconds. Why this change of line helps to establish the audio???

Cisco gear need some minor programming changes to work right with IPO. Do a keyword search on this forum for "pix", there is an excellent post by mikeduncan with the info you need.
