IPphone shows type as SL1

I have IP phones on Virtual loop 156 on a option 61 running 4.0 When I print the TNB for one phone it shows a type of SL1. I can't delete it as a I2002 , I2004 or SL1.

Printing TNB with either type IP phone (I2002 or I2004 ) gives me the same error.
