IPOSOE embedded VM card rebuild.

Been a while - i need some help rebuilding the embedded card on an IPO small office edition. I just can't remember how to do it and do i need to drop Manager back down to an earlier version?

Rule 1 - DO NOT FORMAT THE CARD
In the manager folder there is a folder which holds all the necessery files, just copy them onto the card.

Yeah i know about the format thing! How do i get rid of all the stuff on there though like old messages etc? Can i delete the card contents first?

There is a small file on it which is a hidden file, that is the only one to be left in place, all the other files can be deleted.
I forgot the name and size of the file but is is the only one marked as hidden.
