Is there any build in reports in ipoffice essential that can show number of calls, time on the call, That sort of info? I know I can get that info from "status" but would like it more on demand.

Or this SMDR receiver

There's also Avaya Call but you do need to put in some effort to set up Splunk

Shame Avaya did not include a basic reporting app as not everyone needs or can afford Xima

The Avaya Call option looks promising. anyone had any experience with this app?

I've got it running here and works well.

You need to get a free account with Splunk and install their app which is essentially a datalogger then install Avaya call.

Some of the options are set up for France and the USA and in theory it is possible to change these.

I have setup Avaya Call with splunk.
Just follow the instructions, it's super simple, and beautiful.

The Avaya call app looks good. Just contacted them. Do you know the cost?

It is free. You have to pay for Splunk for very high volumes of records which is unlikely.

looking at the Splunk app it mentions that I need Avaya call analytics license. Do I need that for basic call info, ext, duration, number of calls?

As far as I know, you do not need an Avaya call analytics License for IP Office.
You simply install Splunkbase ( the free version ), and then install the Avaya Call Module.

Point IP Office SMDR to the IP address of the server running Splunkbase.
