IPOffice QoS with Grandstream WP810

Hello
The customer use Grandstream WP810 WLAN Phones and 9508 digital phones. When they have an call between the WLAN and digital phone, the have interruptions ans bad quality. It is only in this calls. All other calls works fine.
We changed the codec and try other settings but nothing help. We updated the FW on the Grandstream but it wasn't helpfull.

Any help on this is appreciated. Thanks you.
