IPOffice - Phones Automatically logout at 9:00am Everyday

HI all -

As stated in the Subject line I have a small issue with our phone system. Running Avaya IPOffice 406 DS V. 3.2 (61) Manager 5.2 (61), phone manager pro on all workstations.

Since our most recent upgrade to 3.2 (61) all phones logout automatically at 9:00am. I have gone through the forums looking for an answer but can not find one. Is there an easy fix to my problem that someone can point out?

Any help is appreciated!

is the system rebooting by any chance?

do you have Forced Login set for users?

IP or digital phones?

Do you have Forced Login Set for users? Yes as a test I unchecked the option in users profiles. From the help it does not seem to me this would be the issue but well give it a shot.

IP or Digital Phones? Phones are 4412D's

Do you have delta Server Running? Yes Delta Server is running at all times.

I have checked all the necessary services and they appear ok.

There is a option both in CCV and Delta server called closing time, that will force agent to logout.
 
Have you an idle forced logout option.
You never know after all it may just log out 15 hours ish after you company closes?

Ok you guys are awesome - was totally something easy. It was the setting in CCV set log off time and it was set to 9:00am not 9:00pm when our building shuts down.
