IPOffice manager Failed.

Since many days i can't log into the ip office system phone. I runnig the same version manager with the ip office system phone, R 8.1.95, when i launch the program the ip office's address is display, and on the left side i check the box enter the username and password of the IP Office system,i even got that following message :

I uninstall the manager,reinstall the sofware,it does not work though. Please help me to fix it.

You are using an incorrect username/password

is is possible someone with access to security settings may have changed them (your maintainer fro example)


A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
 
I would log into security settings and re-input the password to make sure it hasn't been changed. If you are on the same lan the password would be the only other reason it wouldn't let you connect (barring using a Manager of lower release).
 
Okay,i use another computer desktop fix which running OS server 2008, i do not have that problem when login on to the Ip Office system,however i'll try to change the username and pass using that computer.

I would agree with Telecomboy that you Manager version is to old.
 
No, Manager version is 8.1.95 same with the ip office,once again i install the manager on an OS server 2008 it works fine.

Why not load the latest version of Manager since it is backwards compatible and see if that solves the issue?
 
Okay thanks, the latest version of the ip office manager is 9.1.3.0.120,however the IP Office version is 8.1.95. It can resolve the issue?

It won't hurt to connect with a newer version of Manager. I would give it a try to see if that fixes the issue.
 
It does not work with manager version 9.0.

Open Manager, go to File-Preferences-security tab and change Manager Certificate Checks to none and see if it allows you to connect.
 
Change your computer's IP Address to one in the same range as the IPO and it should work. I find this problem when using a computer with a AMD or ATOM processors. One question, when you try to open manager and connect, is the user name (ie. administrator) missing?
 
No, the default Username is : Administrator. I try to troubleshooting in File-Preferences-security tab, it does not work.
