IPOffice 500v1 4.2 - Outgoing Caller ID Issue with new T1-PRI Provider

I have a customer with an existing IP Office 500 V1 on 4.2 firmware with 2-PRi-T1s from COX which are working fine. When users dial out on existing PRI-T1s (9+Number) and send NSi702777E on Line 0-Route 50 as their caller ID info which display the DID number of the phone user. All is fine.

We added another Dual T1 Card and licenses and set-up 2-New PRI-T1s from Airespring which the users dial (7+number)and send NSi8778881234 as their caller ID info but the other party sees a local 702 number being sent not the 877 number.
I have captured the trace and its shows we are sending out the correct Caller ID but Telco says its our issues.

Any thoughts?

What kind of telco switch does the new T1 provider have? GTD5, 5ESS, DMS100, AT&T? Some switches will not allow the original caller ID to be changed due to fraud, this has to be established with the telco. Best department to talk to is going to be the switch/provisioning group.
 
Ended up being an issue with Telco and their T1-PRI to SIP Lines. Telco changed an option in their SIP Soft switch and problem resolved.
