IPOffice 500 Inbound CNAM Support?

I've tried scouring for this info but it's either not easily identified from my searches, it's buried, or I've lost my marbles again

Our CEO has asked about us having inbound outside caller id names (I believe the protocol/feature is called CNAM). We get number okay (CLID?) but we're wondering if our setup supports CNAM. From watching the monitor it does not look like we're receiving names so perhaps it's something that either A) our configuration does not support b) our telco does not support it or c) there's a feature we need our telco to turn on.

Anyone have experience with this and what we would need to do to enable this with our system if it's possible?

If the provider sends the name it does display, so they either don't or can't
