IPOffice 5.0 embedded VM Issue

My customer cannot access his VM remotely. He dials in, gets the Embedded VM where it asks to enter ext Number and then the VM says that 'this subscriber is not set-up for remote access'. Any ideas?

On the user add on the source number another
V<Caller's ICLID> (remove < > )so the user must sent his caller ID
