Our IPOCCR 8.1.8.16, switch 8.1(43) Data Analyzer keeps ending up disconnected every day. It restarts okay, but when I check it later it is back to being disconnected again. We just upgraded and that didn't help any. We're having troubles getting reports on the Call Agents, all metrics show up as "0".

It lives very happily on most servers already hosting VMPro (not the UC module). It's light, not a resource hog, and runs entirely web-based from anywhere on the network.
