This my first installation of the IPOCC using OVA and I went thru the steps in the manual however after I finished with the installation according to the instruction I don’t see any application running in the TT display, I restarted the IPOCC watchdog but still nothing in the TT display .what I’m doing wrong.it seems straight forward but I guess not. Any help or suggestion I would really appreciate.

Does it show any services at all?? There should be about 20 with a green/amber/red light on them.

Are there any services listed/running in Windows Services??

Nothing at all under TT Dismay .that's why I'm confused.
Under window service there are a lot of services including Watchdog are running and some of them are set for atomically start and other manual and as far as I remember that's normal. I also can't access the WebLM.

Have you changed the hostname and statically assigned the ip address of the machine, and then run the hostname update utility?
I seem to remember this needs to be done. I remember there being a text or rtf file on the desktop, if you follow the instructions in there, it should get you going.

Yes .I did start the hostname utility and changed the name and used the RTF readme file and I reboot the server and restart the watchdog multiple times. Thats why I'm at loss at this point.

on the TT display, have you check that it was pointing to the correct IPOCC hostname?
i encountered the same issue before, what i did is, i added the ip address of the IPOCC server to the HOSTS and pointing to the IPOCC server hostname, then on the TTdisplay, i click the other server to check if the hostname is correct.
