Not sure this has been asked... Basically we have issue popping up the URL from CRM (to be specific it is Microsoft Dynamic CRM). We notice the issue with the URL because it contain "%" sign in it, and this "%" is part of the query and is not able to be removed.
E.g.

http://www.customercrm.com/data=phone_number%3D%CCK_Calling_Address%

Expected pop URL

http://www.customercrm.com/data=phone_number=12345678

*where 12345678 is the caller number

Anyone successfully pops Microsoft Dynamic CRM from WebUI before?

Is the URL entered in the configuration with just % or %3D ?

URL entered as whole string with "%3D" as part of URL

[/pre]

How do they handle multiple search parameters?
I would expect the URL to be something like

http://www.customercrm.com/data?phone_number=%CCK_Calling_Address%

[/pre]

We tried few ways
E.g.

http://www.customercrm.com/data?phone_number=%3D%CCK_Calling_Address%

http://www.customercrm.com/data?phone_number=%%3D%CCK_Calling_Address%

http://www.customercrm.com/data?phone_number=\%3D%CCK_Calling_Address%

http://www.customercrm.com/data?phone_number=*%3D%CCK_Calling_Address%

http://www.customercrm.com/data?phone_number=!%3D%CCK_Calling_Address%

...

Many kind of special character in front of the %3D... Most of time there is no pop up... i believe IPOCC see this as invalid URL maybe.

What is the exact URL you wanna use if you search for 12345678 ?

This should be the actual URL pops on agent's screen

http://www.customercrm.com/data=phone_number=12345678

Does that even work if entered directly to a web browser?
Is this a custom app that pops Dynamics?

Usually a Dynamics URL would look something like
[pre]

http://myorg.crm.dynamics.com/main....00-0000-0000-00AA-000010001004}&viewtype=1039

[/pre]

It seems odd to use %.

yes the URL actually works if access directly via browser with those special character in the URL... those are actually ascii encoding where %3D represent "="
Of course we tried

http://www.customercrm.com/data=phone_number=12345678

but with "page not found" from the web server
