How do I had change the Outbound Caller ID for IPOCC Agents? When I currently make an outbound call from the Agent UI it comes across as restricted or unknown. Please help...

There is a checkbox called something like "topic call" when you start an outbound call from the UI - check that and then select one of the topics listed below.
In order to set which Caller ID will be sent check the documentation for the topic variable "ExternOAD".

In IPOCC 10.0+ the CLI used when dieling from a Topic can be set in the Topic configuration.

Hmm.. shouldn't also the SIP Ext in IPO should have a number in the SIP tab? :)

It's a good idea =)
Depending on what number you wanna show, I use the IPOCC SIP extensions settings as general CLI if nothing else was selected.

Exactly..
You can also create a shortcode and ARS and if you want to dial outside with a different number tell the agents to use that shortcode (ex: use a digit before the dialing number)

If the agents are supposed to choose differnt CLIs it's better to setup "dialout topics" that they can select when dialing out.
Start the topic names with a character that puts it on top of the list.

Although it they might wanna register a call on a topic which uses another CLI as default in which case shortcodes is the way to go =)
