IPOCC Installation

Hi guys
I'm trying to install Avaya IPOCC (downloaded from Avaya website) but when open the setup Wizard it show me the attached warning

I read many installation guides, I think that a file called (Install_sysbase is missing )!

please advice me ?

Which version are you installing?
9.1+ uses PostgreSQL so that message is probably meant for upgrades from 9.0.

If you install 9.1.6 it should install all components needed.

this is first IPOCC i'm dealing with
so what your advice or where to start ?

What's the filename of the ISO you've downloaded?

IPOCC9.1.0.2200.1448.iso , 9.1.x

Download the latest release 9.1.6 Avaya Download

9.1.2 have some issues with database install on non US locale.
Also see new documentation for 9.1.6 regarding isntallation.
