IPOCC database interaction

Hi all,

Can I use database interaction on server edition with ipocc.


With ip office 500v2 I know I can do it with vmpro with advance edition license but I found this in the documents,
On IP Office Server Edition, the Server Edition license provides all the Voicemail Pro features that are provided by the Preferred Edition license on IP500 and IP500 V2.
Is that correct.

The server edition is Linux based and Linux based VMPro does not have a database integration.

IPOCC's database interaction is somewhat agnostic of the phone system (IP500/SE).

IPOCC runs on windows 2008 R2 or 2012 R2, and whatever data base itnegration it is doing, it's doing on its own... exactly as if you were doing DB integration using Vm pro... Vm pro DB integration only works when VM Pro is running on a windows server right?

So in that sense, it has nothing to do with whether the attached IPO is IP500 or SE, correct?

When using vm pro for database interaction you need advance license.
In server edition there no advance license, that's why i am asking for ipocc or accs.

yes, IPOCC can interact with SQL database. unlike vmpro, a query can have many column. The advanced mode enables the usage of more complex commands.
