why failed in Auto Sync Connectivity and TAPI Connectivity. is this because the license not installed.

Thanks

Have you enabled TAPI in the security settings?
Otherwise the system password is incorrect.

Hi janni78 ...

Yes., TAPI is enabled
I leave the system password default, password, and when test the connection it's successfully connected.

Thanks

Check the IPO TaskServer log.

First of all you only seem to have one CPU core on your IPOCC server, change that to at least 8 or you will have all kind of strange issues.

why I can't see the SIP Extn 350 in SSA ?

It's probably blocked due to incorrect password if you look in SSA under System -> VoIP Security

"Trying is the first step to failure..." - Homer

Is this because the VOIP Security under system is Disabled.
because when I set it as preferred the IP Phones is all disconnected

What firmware do you have on the IP Phones?

Try upgrading the phones.

Assuming you're on 10.1 they should be 1.390B or 1.350B depending on if they are L-models or not.

The IPO is Rls10
Janni78, the SIP Extension should appears in SSA if there is a connection with IPOCC. but because I have a problem in IPOCC server it's not appear. right.

You have multiple issues with that.

But this point I recommend you to add CPUs to the server and do a reinstall of IPOCC.
It would take more time to troubleshoot the issues than to reinstall the system if it's not in production.

Hi Janni87 ...

Before Iam going to Format the server. I check the specification of the again, found that I have 4 CPU Core as listed on Avaya Doc .

The VMWare is Hyper-V
Operating System is Windows Server2012 R2

I know =)
But I recommend 8, especially since you're running on 2.1GHz instead of the recommended 3.1GHz.

I've had strange issues with installations that where solved by throwing more CPUs on the server so I have 8 as a minimum requirement, more if you're running e-mail.
Also make sure that the network interface has high priority on the IPOCC VM.
Poor disk IO can also cause issues.

and there is not problem if it Hyper-V VMWare.

Hyper-V works, although they don't support it since they haven't tested it and supplied specs.
The important thing is that IPOCC has high priority on the network interface and disk since it's a voice application and is more sensitive to delays than your average application server.
