IPOCC and SugarCRM Integration

Hi

Anyone on here know of a copany within the EMEA region that can do Integrations between IPO contact center and SugaCRM?

Would also be looking for the ability to configure the java based IVR to run queeries and get response back from a MySQl or Posgre base billing system for clients.

Depends what kinda integration you're looking for with SugerCRM?
The database connection should be pretty straight forward.

Hi Janni

They want to integrate the client DB to the incoming calls such that when a call come through, the client details popup.

Do you have any devconnect guide for the DB connection that will allow clients to check the billing information in terms of amounts due and other balances.
