Hello All,

I need some help. Client want to change domain name.
IPOSE 10.1
IPOCC 10

Client wants to change the network domain. I want to know the impact.
For sure, this will mean certificates must be generated and imported all over again.
Are there any pointers I need?

Thanks.

If it's the SIP domain you just need to create new certificates and change the setting on the CHAP server.

If it's the windows domain it shouldn't affect anything, but you can't change the host name of the server.

Thanks Janni78.
Yes, SIP domain and windows domain are independent of each other.
Quick one again though, I've just had to change the IP address of IPOCC Server. However DB services fail to come up. Changed ip in chap as well but still fail to come up.
Please help.

Thanks again!
This worked perfectly.
Another star for you!
