I'm having issue on my IPOCC 9.0.3, the agent is logged in to the IPOCC User Interface and ready to accept calls but when i tried to call the topic i just hearing the music, just look like there is no agent available. the calls doesn't goes to agents. I can't even use the IPOCC User Interface to make calls.
my IPOCC SIP ext is registered to the IPO, and all services are running.
Did anyone encountered this issue? hoping for your inputs. Thank you..
