I have IPOCC 9.1 with voicemail recording "to retrieve as CC voice mail" and then i have a script associated to various topics to call the agents back and play the voicemail
this is works but on some new call flows and topics it is not working, I have voicemail files sitting in the folder but the system will not call the agents back and announce that there is a new voicemail
I have;
the IVR script to play the voicemails
the topic setup with the script for "Script for playing of voice messages"
are there any other settings required to make this work
