IPOCC 10.1 and Voice Quality

Hi ...

I have completed Installation IPOCC 10.1 and Configure task flow, when dial the topic number internally I can hear the voice and there is no problems, when set the topic number in ICR and dial the customer number show that there is a voice quality issues on the voice ?

Is this because VCM, only I have Combo card.

Hello ... any idea why when play announcement from outside hear thus bad quality while when hear it from inside the announcement voice is very clear.
