IPO500 V2

We just installed a new IP500V2 and everything works fine. But when I use System Status it’s not consistdent, every 2-4 minutes its coming up with “ Connection to control unit restarted” and “There is a problem connecting to the Control unit, Trying to continue current connection”
When I ping the server with-t its not falling out therefore I believe the must be a problem with the firmware?
Can anyone help me with this

Sounds like a firewall or, if you use the browser, a browser issue to me.

It is just the normal System Status from the install package, I’ve have set up many IPO’s but never seen this before

Can you try the web browser ?
You must uncheck the option "avaya http clients only" on the system tab.
It does not need a reboot.

Use http instead of https.
But you should be able to connect.
It looks like there is a port blocked.
