IPO500 V2 total reset

Last few weeks we had 2 IPO 500 V2 which did a total reset.
They both are on firmware version 6.0.8 and have isdn combo cards.
One reset happened during remote programming of users and the other one was when we wanted to add some extra licenses locally.
There are no logs or anything, I just wanted to check with other IPO technicians if this is just bad luck or if this is a new feature?

its the SD card, I bet the IP address remained intacted?

power off the unit. pop out the SD card, reseat it.

or,

format the card and recreate it and it will run fine.

its a known issue and acording to Avaya, they dont know why it does it yet.
