Hi, I've got an IPO500 V2. Unfortunately I've made a reset and the config is lost. Can anybody help me to get the licence key from avaya?

on the card are the numbers:

FK SN

It's in the last config file you got when you last connected, so look in the Manager folder on your PC, it's in there as systemname.cfg

or ask your distributor to regenerate them if you were stupid enough to erase the cfg before opening it

Okay, I'v managed to load the licenses. I'm not exactly an IPO expert. I've just bought this for some bucks. It was booted and everything was okay, but I didn't know the access datas. So I've decided to make a factory reset..
I've loaded these licenses, and switched to standard mode (because the PRI card wasn't working in Basic mode and the licences were dormant). Now it's asking for some additional licences Preferred Edition and Essential Edition. Can I have these too?

Pepp77 posted the licenses associated with your SD card serial number. I doubt he withheld some licenses whic means you do not have these licenses. Sounds like you need to pay someone to help you get on the correct version and system setup for you.

Sounds like to me you had a virtual Essential License.
You defaulted the system so its gone.
Look for a backup of the configuration.

Either you were on R7.0 before there was an Essential Edition, or someone upgraded it via R8 to get a virtual Essential Edition for free without the upgrade license before making a call on the system.

You'll need one of them, preferably an Essential Edition license.

Either way you now will need to buy an essential license or run it in basic mode and you do not want that

Or roll it back to R7 to avoid Essential license requirement.
