Hi guys. We have SCN between multiple IPO500 . on one of the A---to---B connection users were complaining about voice quality (cuts, breaks)I see on the System status application in Alarms-Call QOS- high level of the jitter 769 ms , 34235ms and packet loss 10-25% . links btw A-B H323, G711m , MPLS 100mb , there are QoS on cisco routers and switches running trust dscp on all access ports for avaya phones as recommended here . Trunk/link utilization no more than 5-6 circuits btw 10am-12 pm and 2 pm-4 pm (120kb*6=720 kb per sec, less than 1 meg bandwidth consumption ). I checked out whole path on the network level by inspecting QoS configs , also no drops ports. All users has G711m, site A has 120 users, site B 110 .
So if we exclude network I assume there might be problems in IPO500 A/B sites. What should I look/search and where (regarding IPO500 and his apps)?
