I've got an IPO500 with a digital station expansion module, and have two 5410 stations who just exchange extensions and programming many times each day.

Ext 4430 (expansion port 30) becomes a non-programmed, not working extension, and a phone nearby (always the same phone) becomes ext 4430 and works just fine. I then swap the two line cords at the wall jack and the proper extension becomes 4430 again. After awhile they swap again, and we repeat the process.

Anyone ever heard of this, or the solution to it?

Thanks!

I really never have seen this.
Check the programming for a shortcode with ëxtn login" as action.
Or check if there is a login button on one of those users and or the NoUser with extn login and then a number on it.

If that is not the case then run monitor and show us the trace of it.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!
