IPO406 networking

I have an IPO406 installed in the siteA.
This IPO is connected to to router cisco.
this router is connected to another router in siteB

I have a supervisor workstation installed in siteB.

from this workstation I can't ping my IPO.
Althoung I can ping all IP hones connected to this IPÖ ?

Any idea

Sounds like an IP route issue with the IPO. you may need a route to the remote network

like this
remote network
192.168.2.x
255.255.255.0
Router address
LAN1

then substitute your IP info. you should also have a route like this
IP 0.0.0.0
Sub 0.0.0.0
Gateway= Your gateway on the LAN
destination LAN1
