IPO11+VMP DialByName doesn't find users 1

Running IP Office 11.0.4.2.0 build 58 and VoiceMail Pro Client 11.0.4.2.0 build 1 (Intuity).

Running the DialByName feature in VoiceMail Pro, but I can't apparently find users by first or last name.

The prompts work fine, but no matter what I enter, it doesn't match any users.

The user must record the name on the mailbox when setting up their mailboxes. If not, dial by name will not work,

Ah! That appears to be the problem.

So if the user doesn't record their name it doesn't find them, even if it has the extension first and last name?

That is correct. Something has to be recorded.
