IPO WebRTC - Could not get access to audio device 1

Hi all!
Anybody use WebRTC with IPO SE 10.1? I tried with IPO WebRTC Phone Service by link:

https://<IPO_ipaddress>:9443/PhoneService/

It logins but when try to initiate call it failed with message " Call Disconnected Could not get access to audio device". Does anybody have same problem and find what could be root cause?
Is some additional plugin for Chrome browser is needed?

Any hint for using WebRTC with IPO is more than welcome!
