Does anyone have a document or a config for setting up the L2TP/IPSec VPN's to work with the Microsoft VPN client using the same.

You need the 54 page Avaya IPO VPN document.
Thats what you need ;-)

It isn't in there
It says that due to configuration of IPSEC required, it is recommended to use the NetScreen client. The NetScreen client will not work behind a NAT router!
