Hello all. Been a member for some time now but have been reading more than posting. Don't come across a lot of issues and for the ones I do, the answers are always here. Thank you all.

I have downloaded the demo release of IPO VM 6.1 for Linux. I see it uses CentOS but I'm having an issue installing it. I get to where it wants to read the DVD to install but it then ejects it and says "The CentOS CD was not found in any of your CDROM drives...." I have even tried downloading the full version of CentOS 5.5 and I get the same thing. I have tried it on a few different computers and HDDs/DVD-ROMs but its still a no go.

I also can't find any info on Avaya's NPI site.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Did you try the test CD/DVD ?

I just downloaded it and burned it on a DVD and it works for me.

Download it again and burn it again.
If that fails too then i would contact NPI about this.

Sarcasm, it's only one of the services I offer.

If you are burning the CD on one PC and using it on another you may need to close the CD session on the DVD to make it compatible to run on other PCs.

Thanks guys. Drove me nuts. It was the burn. Reburned the DVD and now its working.

Now I just need to remember how to navigate through Linux.
