IPO Version 9.0 and PLDS licenses

Greetings colleagues. Has anyone attempted load a PLDS license file on a R9.0 IPO with ADI licenses present and gotten a "Failed to Log In..." response at the point of uploading? I also noticed in the background of the error pop-up an Embedded File Transfer screen showing the license file uploaded to the Primary folder of the SD card.

When I log out and back into Manager I don't see the license.

Any pointers would be appreciated.

When I did a 9.0 to 10.0 Upgrade I had to do the upgrade then install the license but I don't remember getting an error when I tried loading it before the upgrade. Instead I think it just didn't do anything when I uploaded the XML file.

A colleague attempted this at another customer's site and got the same error but when he logged out and back in from Manager he saw the license there. I was not so fortunate. I even rebooted the system but NO cigar.
