i have an 406V2 system running 4.0(7). i have a hunt group where the incoming calls go, which seems to work correctly.
i have a second hunt group, which i have configured as the overflow for the first group. unfortunately, the calls never make it here.
i set the system No Answer timer to 8 seconds.
i set the Hunt Group No Answer timer to 8 seconds.
there is no voice mail.
the phones just keep ringing on the initial hunt group.
i must be missing something, but i cannot find it . . . . .
