I recently did an upgrade on IPO 8.1 V1 to V2
I had Avaya do a license swap from the old card to the new SD card.
The system is working fine, however, only 8 channels are working on the PRI card.
Manager shows all 23 channels in-service- however they can only make 8 bound calls then they get a busy signal.
The only license I can find that addresses channels is IPO LIC IP500 VCM LIC 28 CH
I do not see any type of IP500 Universal PRI (Additional channels).
Maybe, on the older 500V1 it did not need it.
Is it possible the license was obsolete when I moved to the 500V2 and Avaya removed it?
Any ideas?
