For the life of me I am trying to remember at what point you need to purchase a license upgrade, 6.0 or 6.1?

A old client I haven't heard from in years gave me their functioning IP500V2 R4.1 with VM Pro and I want to take it to the latest software available before messing with licenses.
I could load 4.2 or higher, but I no longer have a copy of 4.1 if that fails.

Does anyone remember?

I'd agree as I have upgraded an old V1 to R5.0 without needing a licence.

I thought the V2 started at R6.

I'll give the R5X a try. I did find a copy of R1 on the VM Pro PC I originally installed.

Thanks!
