IPO to Asterisk SIP Issue

have a sip trunk setup between ipo and asterisk system, calls from asterisk to IPO work fine, calls from IPO to asterisk don't.
I've ran a PCAP trace on the asterisk and the call coming in wont route because its seeing the number dialled as '04' ,from Avaya i'm actually dialling 304 (extension of asterisk phone), so for some reason the 3 is either being stripped off, or isn't being sent.

any ideas?

solved, set shortcode as ? . and it now works. Star for my self

Your shortcode will send all calls and not en bloc either
