IPO software upgrade 1

Our IPO solution servers (Primary, secondary and expansion) came with the software version 11.1.0.0 Build 237 pre-installed.
There are many service packs available for this version but instruction on applying those directed to page unavailable error.

For example,

Can someone advice me if we should apply those service packs or not and process if applying service packs is recommended?

So looked at the support page and the tech bulletins for

11.1.3.2 are in the link below and worked for me

If those are new servers just do a fresh installation with the latest release.
