IPO Softphone to Communicator

Hi just upgraded IPO From R9 till R10.1
The customer had Softphones and needs to use Avaya communicator BUT!

In the pas when a user logged on with his Softphone his Hardphone went to log on state
But whit the Communicator it doesnt haw can y fix this

Thx for your response and support :)
