IPO Service is crahing on server

Hi

I installed a couple of days ago an IPO Server edition R10 SP1 in Vm Ware 6.0
Sinds the cut over the customer had some issues that the phones restart without knowing why
So after some investigation whe shut down al services on de server en started them one by one

IPO service start OK
VM PRO Start OK
ONE x portal start OK
But when we start the ipo web manager the ipo service crashes

Downgrade to release 9.1

Web manager seems to be the issue.
Try and not use it and see if the phones are still restarting. It could be the network interrupting the keep alive timers.
Are all phones restarting at the same time or randomly.

Its running goed wih no problems sinds whe disabled the web manager but if whe restart it it the phones are going in discover

Did you use the ova or iso?

I have 10.0 SP1 running on VM and don't have the same issues so it might be a resource thingy.

I installed it from the OVA file and dit the upgrade with the ISO file and all went great till a couple of days ago that it whent wrong
I opened a ticket @ our suplier and waithing for feedback

Did you change the language of the system?
There is a known bug with WebManager if the language of system is changed.
It was corrected in last 9.1 SP but it reappears in 10.0

No i installed it in Dutch belgium an didn't change the language @ anytime maybe the users dit it for there phones but not the entire system
