Have a RLS 11.0.4 Server Edition with Xima(Avaya) Recording system installed and working. However when the users who are recorded, on outbound calls off PSTN PRI Channels, there DTMF tones are not recognized by the far end when calling into Voicemails or Auto Attendants. I turn off the recording option in the user tab, and bang DTMF works. Seems Bizarre. Any thoughts on this?
