IPO Server 9.1, CLI and Twinning issue on SIP trunk

Hi,

On certain incoming call over Telus SIP trunk, I receive 444-555-6666@172.10.10.10 (correct incoming phone number@IP address of A1 Nic of the SBC)as caller id, but only on few of them, most of the calls display a correct name and number caller id. There is more, when this problem occur, the Twinning don't work. Phone are 9608, IPO 9.1.6, SBC 6.3.

Any idea?

I have this same issue on 9.1.6. we never had it until that release.

Can you post a traceSBC showing the two different flows and the twinning failure?

There is a patch available for server edition and support says it will be fixed with SP8.

Did you get this patch directly from support? I don't see any patch on the support site (except for ACCS) and it don't seem to be fixed by 9.1.7.
