Trying to troubleshoot issues with voicemail pro with sync issues in both a select and non-select scenario. If you read the manual, you will find that Avaya is really good (yeah right) with documentation.
Avaya documentation says to set Voicemail IP Address to 127.0.0.1. I had an Avaya support person tell me to set that to the LAN 1 IP address.
Here https://documentation.avaya.com/bundle/IPOfficeResilience/page/SMTP_Sender_options.html it says to set the Sender (Identifier) to blank. It won't even let you set that.
My most common issue is, secondary servers all seem to have a memory leak. Eventually VMPRO will eat up all the memory of the secondary server.
Hoping people have better results than I do, but using settings that are consistent an reliable.
