IPO SE 9.1.12 SD card error System not running on system SD primary software

2 expansion units. The one unit connected to Duvoice Hospitality system has the SD Card alarm.

I have re seated the card.
Reformatted the card
Replaced the SD card.
Replaced the Ip500 Chassis.
Upgraded system from 9.16 to 9.1.12

The alarm does not seem to be service effecting, system sees card but, will not go away. I suspect it has something to do with Duvoice system causing alarm.

short of removing the Duvoice Connection to test I am at a loss.

anyone else have a Duvoice system with this error?

Have an idea what else. I will open ticket with avaya but, thought I would ask here 1st

 
We had the same two weeks ago.
Only replacing the SD card fixed the issue>
 
well actually I have fixed this by formatting and re-creating in the past. But this trick only works some of the time.
 
If the card is in the system then you won't get an alarm for the licenses although the card is broken.
The system saves a copy of the config on its internal memory so that is why it keeps running.
I would replace the card.

Not sure what else I can do. Again, it does not seem to be service affecting but, more of an annoyance for customer.

 
Hi All
I have a server edition R10 with two ip500v2 expansions and I have the same issue.
On both expansion I have red alarms about the sd card.
The expansion are working with Tiger TMS witch is similar with the Duvoice and I also thinking that it has something to do with this.
