I have the client 500 V1 with R9.0 software. They replaced the PC running VM Pro (old XP machine) with a windows7 machine and outlook 2007 on it. I installed the VM pro software and setup VM to Email and tested working. After a few days I got a call saying the email is not working. What I found was when I try to open outlook the PST file can't be opened. If I stop VM Pro service from running then I can open outlook fine. I can restart VMPRO service and everything works for two maybe three days and then the same problem occurs. Has anyone had this happen and do you know how to solve the problem?
