IPO R9 SCN Sites & VM Pro issues

hi guys

looking for some help with a number of IPO R9 sites with VM Pro, that are SCN'd together. The issue is that each VM system is creating user & huntgroup mailboxes from all the sites, not just their own site. Is there anything that can be done to stop this from happening?

Set it up correctly.

You should have one voicemail pro server and then the other sites set to use that as centralised.

Or you could have two voicemail servers in a distributed setup.

You should definitely not have multiple in the way it seems you do.
