Hi guys, I just check the 9.1 license on knowledge base.
IPO R9.1 ESNTL ED PLDS LIC
plus means what?

PLDS is for for the server edition select or for the branch edition (aura)
A normal IPO -> basic, essential, preferred or server edition uses ADI.
The server edition select is a new option for the server edition requires the PLDS licenses too.
But then essential is covered in the server edition license.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

As far as I understood from R9.1 on licenses are available either in ADI or in PLDS format. The preferred way will be as Peter said. SE Select via PLDS all other systems ADI.
