IPO R12 on HP Proliant Avaya Server Issues

Has anyone upgraded their HP Proliant (Avaya-provided) server from R11.1.3.1 to R12 yet?

The log is showing a bunch of errors with some of files and then it just ends in "Pane is dead" at the bottom, which does nothing. It's like it can't read or pull some of the files.

I used Rufus 4.6 (document says to use Rufus 4.4 or higher). Copied the autoupgrade and syslinux file to the main folder.

Not sure if I'm doing something wrong here.

I'll open a ticket with Avaya in the meantime I guess.

Has your USB drive enough Space?
Yep. 256GB baby! I've used this drive for other upgrades to 11.1 multiple times.

Rufus wipes the drive during creation so nothing else other than R12 on it. Spoke with Avaya and asked, did you guys test this on a HP Proliant server (avaya-provided) and they said "don't know... no"
