Easy way is to go to VM PRO CLIENT
SYSTEM PREFERENCES-smtp sender- TICK logging.
It will say you have to restart the services but I find it works without having to do that
Untick logging when it’s not required as it uses up a lot of disk space
Logs files are in the web management
vmpro ipaddress:7071
Eg. https//192.168.42.2:7071
Then go to system log files
Create an archive
Wait for about 5 minutes for it to be built
Look for voicemail
Open the file
Look for smtp entries around the time you triggered the voicemail email
A good working email will have a lot of info in it
Hi Guys would this also work for a hunt group. For example the main line rings a hunt group and leaves the message for the hunt group. Can I setup an email for the hunt group to receive them? For the users I had to give them the power user license.
