I am dealing with a SIP Provider that is less then useful. With that said.
The issue is New install. when you call in or out on the sip trunk you can talk and hang up no problem. Inbound calls the auto attn pick ups ( Embedded VM ) but you dont hear greeting in status you see the vm connected. The sip trunks can not be placed on hold . park or be transferred. Any thoughts on this?
